The Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) will hold its 26th annual conference on scientific anomalies, alternative medicine, and the paranormal, May 31-June 2 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
The theme of this years’ SSE conference is “Pushing Scientific Boundaries.†At these conferences, researchers from around the world report on their latest investigations of scientific mysteries of all kinds, including such subjects as psychic phenomena, alternative cancer treatments, consciousness, cryptozoology, New Age subjects, and other unconventional topics. The meeting is open to the public, and anyone interested in these subjects is encouraged to attend. Details may be found at SSE’s website at http://www.scientificexploration.org/
The Society for Scientific Exploration is an organization of people interested in the scientific investigation of scientific anomalies, alternative medicine, and other unusual and unexplained phenomena. These subjects are often controversial. But unlike skeptics who automatically reject such topics with little or no investigation, the members of the SSE seek to investigate them in order to discover new truths beyond our present level of scientific knowledge.
Membership in SSE is open to all. Scientists, students, and the public at large are invited to become members. Full information about SSE and membership may be found at http://www.scientificexploration.org/
